My name is Nguyen Thi Lan, a resident of Thanh Hoa Province. I am writing to express my concern about 
some problems I observed during the Spring Traditional Festival held in our hometown last month.
Although the event was enjoyable, hygiene and safety were poorly managed. Food stalls were set up near 
rubbish bins, and many vendors didn’t use gloves when serving food. In addition, the crowd was so large 
that there were no clear emergency exits or enough security officers to control the flow of people, which 
caused serious congestion.
To improve the situation, I suggest stricter hygiene inspections, more trash bins, and better training for food 
vendors. Moreover, the organizers should provide more security guards and arrange separate entrances and 
exits.
I hope these issues will be addressed so that future festivals will be safer and cleaner for everyone.

 Although modern society has witnessed remarkable technological and cultural transformation, I 
strongly believe that traditional customs still hold great significance in the modern world. Traditional
